(2) Legea nr. 55\/2020 prevede ca nu sunt aplicabile o serie de dispozi\u021bii legale, printre care \u0219i art. 42 din O.U.G. nr. 21\/2004 care prevede obligativitatea public\u0103rii \u00een Monitorul Oficial a hot\u0103r\u00e2rilor prin care se declar\u0103, se prelunge\u015fte sau \u00eenceteaz\u0103 starea de alert\u0103, precum \u015fi cele prin care se stabile\u015fte aplicarea unor m\u0103suri pe durata st\u0103rii de alert\u0103, la nivel na\u0163ional sau pe teritoriul mai multor jude\u0163e, iar cele prin care se declar\u0103, se prelunge\u015fte sau \u00eenceteaz\u0103 starea de alert\u0103, precum \u015fi cele prin care se stabile\u015fte aplicarea unor m\u0103suri pe durata st\u0103rii de alert\u0103, la nivel jude\u0163ean sau al municipiului Bucure\u015fti, se public\u0103 \u00een Monitorul Oficial al autorit\u0103\u0163ii administrativ-teritoriale respective \u015fi intr\u0103 \u00een vigoare la data public\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph {\"hasCustomCSS\":true} --><\/p>\n<p>Prin urmare, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea CNSU nu a avut leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu starea de alert\u0103, nu putea produce efecte art. 72 din Legea nr. 55\/2020 care f\u0103cea inaplicabil\u0103 obliga\u021bia de publicare a actului normativ \u00een Monitorul Oficial.Decizi<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cen data de 15 iunie 2021 a fost publicat\u0103 \u00een Monitorul Oficial Decizia ICCJ nr. 3479\/2021 prin care instan\u021ba suprem\u0103 a anulat Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea nr. 9\/2021 a CNSU care con\u021binea lista \u021b\u0103rilor\/zonelor cu risc epidemiologic ridicat pentru care se instituie m\u0103sura carantinei asupra persoanelor care sosesc \u00een Rom\u00e2nia din acestea.
